A note from Vicki to our Center for Health & Healing employees
Over the years, Dr. Schultz and I were fortunate to have worked with dedicated, competent, efficient, productive, loyal and enjoyable employees at the Center for Health & Healing. Along with Judy, Mary (Lynn) and Tracy - I want to thank Greg, Dick, Cathy, Pam, Jeff and Pat for treating our patients with the respect, kindness, compassion and consistency every patient needs at a medical office. On a regular basis, we received a steady influx of words of gratitude for your detailed, accurate and reliable service. Dr. Schultz and I were able to thoroughly enjoy our workdays because we knew our employees were providing to our patients the service we would want to receive in a medical environment.
Judy, Mary (Lynn) and Tracy, I want you to know how much our patients miss you. They felt close to you and miss interacting with you. They miss the steadfast care you provided to them on a consistent basis for many years. I have received countless cards from our patients with beautiful and thoughtful words of appreciation to Dr. Schultz and me for providing them with not only the greatest medical care, but also a team of caring individuals working together to give them excellent and unparalleled service. You perfectly represented the unwavering dedication, compassion and love that Dr. Schultz and I felt for our patients. I will remain forever grateful God placed you in our lives.
Judy, You were with us through the most difficult circumstances imaginable. You worked tirelessly with amazing energy, stamina, and accuracy, and gave freely from your generous spirit on a daily basis. During the transition to Forum Health, you kept a positive attitude while juggling the work of three full-time employees. You did all of this without complaining. You kept in mind at all times our mission of serving our patients with kindness and respect. Dr. Schultz was deeply grateful to you, as I believe you know, since you were one of the few people he was with before he passed away. I hope you will always be able to look back at your decade of service at the Center for Health and Healing and feel our appreciation and gratitude for conscientiously and competently caring for our patients.
Mary (Lynn), Working with us so closely at the Center for Health and Healing for nearly two decades, much more than full-time, quietly working behind-the-scenes, you essentially kept everything running smoothly. You held the foundation of the Center for Health and Healing together once Dr. Schultz had surgery. You were instrumental in helping us to stay positive and practical while formulating plans to transition to a forced retirement. You knew the importance of continuing the search for the ideal provider to carry on our life's purpose, our mission. You had constant contact with our patients and firmly felt as we did, that we could not let them down. When we decided to join the Forum Health network, you helped with the many aspects and details of the transition. The leadership of Forum Health shares our core beliefs and values, and we are grateful to be part of a medical organization that operates on the principal that the role of the practitioner is to uncover and help resolve the root causes for health issues. Our patients are already expressing their gratitude to me for carrying on Dr. Schultz's mission and for our patience in finding the right people to lead the way. You helped make it happen. You are the wind beneath my wings. You are my hero. You embody conscientiousness and selflessness.
Tracy, I will always be grateful to you for the compassionate care you gave to our patients. You were so immersed in their healing process; they felt it. Patients knew that Dr. Schultz would accurately tweak their healthcare protocol between office visits, because during their IV treatments, you intently listened and then carefully communicated their thoughts, progress and setbacks to him. After their treatments, Dr. Schultz frequently made slight modifications to their IV and nutritional supplementation plans based upon the detailed information you described to him, then you often followed up with them to relay his thoughts and plans. You took impeccable notes for their chart. You brought your full attention to the office every day. Our patients were confident they were in good hands. Your ability to find courage and hope in life's difficult situations was inspirational to those of us who knew your family's health challenges. We admired you for your practical management skills of Muscular Dystrophy and ALS through experience. Then we were able to learn from you the ability to positively hold on to your memories in dealing with the losses of your brother and your aunt. Without realizing it, you left your mark on us by encouraging all of us to stay strong on a minute-to-minute basis in the face of adversity.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
